1st-2nd grade Arts Enrichment/Remote Learning 2: Woven Owls
Visual Arts 1st and 2nd grade-Lesson 2 (this lesson was sent through your homeroom teachers also)
Hello 1st and 2nd graders! I’m excited about our next art project- “Woven Owls”! This involves some skills we have been working on, resist with water color. If you do not have some of the supplies discussed in the video, I have some substitutes.
Materials: Glue, scissors, watercolor paint (for the resist, you can use water-based markers), Colored papers (can use any paper, I have even used magazine pages, wrapping paper, or colored newspaper). Check out the video and enjoy making these colorful birds!
