SEL-focused summer program

State Representative Brad Stephens encourages your students to read throughout the summer months, in return they will receive a voucher for 2 Chicago Wolves Hockey Tickets.

We have begun planning for the next school year.  We know that families sometimes move out of the Garvy attendance area during the school year, or are planning to move over the summer. Please complete the information below by Friday, May 22nd.  (Please complete one form for each student you have at Garvy)  If your child is not attending a Chicago Public School in the fall, a transfer will be issued to the student on the last day of the school year.

Yearbook 2025-2026
