Welcome to 8th Grade Science!
I am passionate about teaching science so I am constantly finding new ways to bring science to life for my students. This is my fifteenth year teaching at Garvy. I earned my undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Then went to Northeastern Illinois University for my teaching certificate. Since I started teaching at Garvy, I have earned a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia and a Masters in Science for STEM Education from DePaul University.

Work During COVID Break
All work for 8th grade science and health can be found on Google Classroom. There is a daily gratitude journal to fill out as a health assignment and science assignments will be given every Monday and Wednesday. Also make sure you are keeping up with Success Bound assignments for a health grade.
