Welcome back for the 2023-2024 school year!

I am starting my 11th year at Garvy teaching Primary Resource Special Education in the subjects of English Language Arts and Math.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Western Illinois University in 2012.

This school year, I am the chair for Student Council.

I am the Out of School Time (OST) contact person; so if any questions arise in regards to before or after school programs, please do not hesitate to reach out!

I plan to coach a variety of sports (Volleyball, Basketball, Flag Football) and host a few different clubs (Broadcast, Newsletter, Harry Potter, Fitness) throughout the school year.

When I am not working, I enjoy playing softball year round; 1 league during the winter, 4 softball leagues during the spring/summer + a handful of tournaments, and 3 leagues during the fall -- all differ in what ball; 16 inch, 14 inch hard ball and 14 inch mush ball.

I also enjoy bowling with my family/friends in different leagues on different days of the month.

I love playing with my dog, Crosby and my cats, Loki and Bucky.

I am so excited to begin this school year and to experience all the new adventures this school year brings!
