Introduction

My name is Tyler Crain-Davis and I am excited to be back at Garvy for my 5th year as a Special Education teacher.  This is my 15th year as a teacher in CPS. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and I have a Master's Degree in Education from Dominican University in River Forest, IL.  I hold endorsements for Math, Social Studies, Computer Science, and Special Education.

 

In my spare time, I am a group fitness instructor.  I teach Zumba Fitness classes 3 times per week and I also work as a choreographer for Zumba creating routines for other instructors to use in their classes.  

 

I have three dogs at home:  a 16 year-old Chihuahua, a 4 year-old Australian Shepherd and a 2 year-old Australian Shepherd.
