2018-2019

Dear Students,

Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! I am so excited to get this new school year underway. My name is Ms.We, and I am your 7th grade Math teacher. I am very excited to be here at John W Garvy Elementary. Before this year, I taught 6th graders in a public school.

I am so excited to work with you. It is going to be a year full of learning and lots of adventures. We will use the Connected Math curriculum. My goal for this year is to provide challenging yet inspiring academic tasks that can help you acquire new knowledge.

In my classroom, you will actively participate in class in various ways through speaking, active listening, reading, writing, critical thinking, etc.

Expectations are high in our 7th grade classroom. You need to complete homework on time and bring appropriate class materials every school day. Also, all 7th graders must respect other students, teachers, the principal, parents, and all others.
