Dear Parents and Guardians,
We will soon begin planning for the next school year. We know that families sometimes move out of the attendance area during the school year, or are planning to move over the summer. Please complete the information below by Friday May 24, 2024. (Please complete one form for each student you have at Garvy) If you child is not attending a Chicago Public School in the fall a transfer will be issued to the student on the last day of the school year. |
