Welcome to 7th Grade Science!!

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year in 7th grade! This is my 16th year in CPS and my 13th year at Garvy. I earned my undergraduate degree in teaching from Northern Illinois University. I have continued my education working on a variety of certifications at the University of Chicago, American College of Education, and Loyola University. I have endorsements in Science, Math, Reading, Social Studies, and ELL. I earned my Masters of Science in Science Education degree from DePaul University in 2016. I love to learn new things all of the time, and I'm looking forward to a great school year of working with your child studying science. I am eager to share my passion for learning with them.
