This assignment will be graded by percent correct.

If completing for a missing or incomplete assignment, must complete both games on distributive property and combining like terms.

“Opportunity #2 for missing/incomplete work” This week I am only assigning 1 assignments so students who need to can have time to make up work. See separate assignment labeled “Opportunity #2 for missing/incomplete work” for all videos, directions, and worksheets needed to make up any assignment from 4th quarter.

PLEASE complete by Tuesday evening so I have time to look over your answers before our google meet so I have a direction to take for my mini-lesson. If you either turn in Activity 1 by Wednesday evening and/or attend my Wednesday 1pm Google Meet then on Thursday I will email you an answer key to activity 1. With the answer key, you can check your answers and email me any questions you still may have before you complete Activity 2. Doing all of this will help you understand the new concept being taught this week to better prepare you for 7th grade.

Your grades in math are up to date. Please log in and review them. I am going to take any late work turned in by Sunday, May 10th for full credit. Also, for the first time, I am dropping your lowest grade. You will see a line through one of the grades. If there is a line through a grade that means that grade does not count for or against your grade. It is like a homework pass. This assignment that is dropped may change throughout the quarter. It will drop the lowest grade always so as I enter grades and if you have a lower one it will drop that one. Only ONE grade will be dropped.

All late/missing/absent work I am again allowing students to check their grades and turn in any assignments that are missing for any reason for partial check for 3rd quarter.  All grades are in as of Friday. If you or your child emailed Saturday or Sunday my goal is to have them in by Wednesday night.  As I said last week, I have no name assignments.  There is no way to find out whose they are so if they have a missing assignment they will have to redo it if they want credit. Missing Classnotes: Complete Letters A and B only Students have been asked to either email me a picture of each page of completed work turn it in when we get back to school. However, I do plan to grade and enter it as soon as possible into my gradebook

Error Logs for higher grade on tests entered   I am allowing students to complete error logs on the two tests that they should have in their binder.  Both tests grades are already entered into my gradebook. Basic Skills from 2/14: worth 20 points Inv. 1 and 2 Partner Test: worth 100 points Error Log Steps On test in a PEN Correct questions they got wrong MUST show ALL work (even multiple choice) for new answer Sentence: either explaining their mistake or new method for solving MUST to all above steps correctly to earn any credit back.  I will regrade the test and average the original score and new score for the FINAL grade in my gradebook Students have been asked to either email me a picture of each page of completed work turn it in when we get back to school.
