6th grade follows NGSS standards and focuses on Earth Science. We will dig into the deepest parts of the Earth and head to the furthest points in Space. We will have debates on many scientific ideas. Students will participate in engineer design challenges and evaluate costs related to these inventions. Each activity is summarized with a conclusion that practices the claim, evidence, and reasoning in developing a good argument. Earth Science Rocks!
